Check these first
- Clean the printhead with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free swab.
- Confirm the media and ribbon match and are loaded correctly.
- Run a media calibration from the printer menu.
- Lower the darkness setting if the ribbon is wrinkling or sticking.
